Pronto Food online offers a 14 Day money back guarantee

After 14 days no refunds will be issued.

The 14 day guarantee does not included any paid subscription plans you created during or after the initial platform creation. Similarly, it cannot be paused or reinstated if any subscription plan is canceled before the initial 14 day period has ended.

Within the 14 day period, If the client requests a refund, we will insist that the software is removed from their system , In its entirety.

We will remove the client from our system and ask them to confirm their intentions via an email to the verified user / users of the software

Furthermore, Prontofoodonline does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period unless cancelled via the admin dashboard.

Similarly, it is your responsibility to evaluate Prontofoodonline, including its features, limitations, and system requirements within the 14 day period. Prontofoodonline will not issue refunds to customers after this period on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions. System incompatibility based on system requirements should be tested during the 14 day money back guarantee period. 

The £129 fee consists of £79.00 for the software licence and the additional payment is a set up fee which we carry out on your behalf. Including menu insertion and web services. Please note that once this additional work has been completed any refunds requested will be for the software licence only. All paid work will be deducted. 


Cancellation Policy.

The Client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their paid subscription. Clients may cancel their subscriptions by logging into their Admin dashboard and going to the applicable service or billing page. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription.  Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You must Cancel before or on the payment due date. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.


Prontofoodonline does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription services. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Prontofoodonline is committed to the success of our customers, but through experience we have found that users have varying requirements, capabilities, and limitations with regard to the types of devices and software they can use, the way their local network is configured, the speed of their internet connection, etc.

These issues will certainly impact a customer’s ability to use Prontofoodonline as it is intended.

Accordingly, Prontofoodonline will offer a further 7 days, and is happy to extend the guarantee period for users who need more time to evaluate our software and its compatibility with their specific environment provided written permission is given within the 14 day period by a representative of the company.


Third Party Charges.

Prontofoodonline reserves the right to charge Client for any regulatory or governmental fees, contributions or other charges that are legally required or assessed.
